Nokia announces the availability of the Nokia C1-00 -- Nokia's first mobile phone featuring a 2-in-1 double SIM solution that gives you more control over phone expenses, more storage, and more security for your second SIM.
“By simply holding down a key, people are able to switch between sim cards. This enables them to take advantage of reduced call rates, flexibility when traveling from one country to another, or helps with sharing a phone within a family and still use their own SIM,” said Benoit Nalin, General Manager, Nokia Philippines. “This is a great added convenience feature considering the affordable price of the phone.”
Nokia C1-00 owners will also benefit from a large phonebook that can store up to 500 entries, a multi-phonebook for up to 5 users, a large memory enough to store 250 messages, standby battery time of up to six weeks with up to 13 hours talk time, the longest ever for a Nokia mobile phone. The standard flashlight – often someone’s only means of bright light – is paired with a vivid color screen and FM radio (only works with separate headset) with standard headphone jack, meaning the Nokia C1-00 is as much about entertainment as it is about convenience. Also, it sports a highly dust resistant tactile keymat with anti-scratch cover, an internal handsfree speaker, loud mp3 grade ringtones, a calendar with reminders, a calculator, and a speaking clock in local languages.
The Nokia C1-00 has a suggested retail price of PhP2,070 and is available in red or medium blue at all Nokia Stores and authorized distributors nationwide.
